The CHINESE Connection

Its been a wonderful learning experience ,in the past few weeks, Mr LIAO MING FENG has left a mark,, he has made me think bout various things,Things which were all there in front of me, things bout which i always used to think,,, but in a different aspect,,, HE showed me a new dimension,,

This made me realise that every thing, can have different view points,, everyone sees with their own perspective and point of view,,,But to excel, we need to understand that ur view need not be right ir wrong,, it is just a VIEW,,

Now before moving ahead, let me introduce you to Ming, Ming is a chinese mechanical engineer, who had come on his first visit to INDIA, to have a look at the machines, that i brought from their company and sold them here in INDIA,

These are called HDD Machines, used for laying of underground utilities,without disturbing the surface,

It was 1st of june when i got to know that a chinese engineer was visiting us, and was stated for a long stay, BUT HELL BROKE LOOSE, when i got to know that he knew no ENGLISH, yes,,,,,,,, he spoke no english at all,,,

I was amazed, at the same time confused, as to how will i handle him, as i was supposed to accompany him thru out his stay.

Finally on 3rd night, me along with one of my staff went to the Bangalore airport to receive him, We held placards, with his name written in chinese ,as he could not read his name in english too,

I did have a picture of his in my mobile, sent from china, but still i used to stare at all chinese looking ppl, as all looked same,,,,'

At last after agonising wait for 2 hours, a lanky looking person moved towards me, giving me a big smile. :-)

we were able to greet each other in spite of the language barrier,playing dumb charades all this years really helped, i asked him if he wants to have some food, he just waved his head, enough for me to understand, his reply,
All way back we remained silent, unwillingly of course,
